How many panels should I get for a cabin in the woods?

I've got a remote cabin in the mountains outside of town and I was wondering how many panels would I need to power it? I've got three bedrooms, a bathroom and appliances (fridge, stove, lamps, radio and a small tv)

Any documents I should read or anything?
