Solar Panels replacement not working [ Edited ]

I initially got my solar panels and installed them, but it turned out they were damaged, so i pinged ecohaus and they kindly replaced them, but now Im done installing them again, and they are not working... again!!

What kind of quality is this, I think this is unaccepable! You need to give me a solution NOW!

Hey John, we're sending the Solar Panels your way again, can you please elaborate on the use case? What the solar panels are plugged to, is not common to have this much replacement in our product suite
