I want to build a home underground.  Great insulation I would think.  Any idea how to get started research-wise?

Insulation properties are unsurpassed, but condensation and mildew are problematic.  Here is a good site to get you started.  http://www.monolithic.org/homes/home/underground-homes-good-or-bad
