Problems with new AC unit

I just had services install a new compressor and coil.  It was working fine last week, but now it's making a terrible noise

I spoke to soon.  Now it's not maintaining the temperature I set on the thermostat.

I understand that a technician was on-site at your location.  An improperly balanced fan blade was identified as the problem and replaced.  We apologize for this mishap.
