Lost Adaptor for Hue Lightbulbs

When I ordered by HUE for delivery to Sydney, I received a Bayonet fitting, but I lost it.  

Where can I find another?

I've seen this in foreign countries. It's hard to believe that it's still a thing.  I've actually seen these for sale in IKEA.
