Haven Thermostat difficult to setup?

Has anyone else had a ton of trouble setting up their Haven Thermostat? I'm beginning to think it's just me but it is taking me hours! Does anyone have any tips?

Hey John5, I am having similar problems with my Haven Thermostat. Could give me instructions to reset?

Do you have an area of your Community where we can suggest ideas to improve the product?
