Last night, we released version 2.35 of our Haven Thermostat firmware update. We have learned that there are some problems where after customers have made the update, the screen will no longer come on to show the status of the thermostat.
For those customers that are experiencing this problem, a hard reset fixes this problem. In order to perform a hard reset, please press and hold the power button for 10 full seconds. The thermostat will reboot, and your thermostat should behave normally. If you continue to have a problem after a hard reset, please contact us for support.
If you have not yet updated your thermostat to version 2.35, we are releasing a fix (version 2.36) that will correct this problem moving forward. This updated firmware release will be available for download in the next 24 hours.
