My solar beverage cooler stopped charging?!

I am hiking deep in the Amazon jungle and I am trying to use my EcoHaus solar powered beverage rapid cooler and it stopped charging. Worried my Ecohaus solar phone charger is about to fail now as well and then I will be off the grid!

Thanks for asking. Just turn the solar cells over and find some direct sunlight. It should work then.
