      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are there solar panels that are effective in limited light scenarios? We only get about 6 hours of daylight (on a good day!) beyond the wall. It will only get worse, winter is coming.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
