Missing AE35 mounting bracket for Ecohaus SuperSolarSeven Suntracker panel?

Just recieved home install kit from Ecohaus for the new SuperSolarSeven Sun Tracker panel for my yard.

Was going through the install but directions are referring to the AE35 mounting bracket which did not seem to arrive?

Am I missing something or what?

I was also missing this bracket.

I had to contact support to verify the mistake and then they quickly shipped me a new one.
