For peace of mind and when you look at the cost of a repair (and parts) it certainly makes financial sense. Anyway, my boiler is quite <STRONG>old</STRONG>, and as part of the service, an engineer performed a first Annual Service/Safety check and identified some parts that needed replacing right away to extend the life of my boiler.
