My Thermostat is Off a Few Degrees

I am using the Haven S3000 thermostat and we have been feeling that the room is colder than the gauge tells us. When I checked manually the room is 3-4 degrees cooler than the setting on the thermostat.

Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks for the help.
