Motion sensor and dimmers not working

I got a Lighting automation setup at home, where Im using a mix of timers, motion sensors and dimmers settings, all of this tied my Control Hub through WiFi and accessible using the Mobile App.

However the motion sensors stopped working, they were working like a charm for the past two weeks, I have not modified any settings or cabling, so I was looking for guidance for trouble shooting or if this requires replacement, since leds are flashing red and yellow.
